What can I expect during a QWO procedure?

QWO is injected into the buttocks in specific, targeted areas to dissolve the septae. You will be asked to stand with your feet apart and with your body fully relaxed so that the cellulite dimples can be selected for treatment. These will be marked with a dot and circled on your skin. A maximum of 6-12 dimples per buttock can be addressed during each treatment period.

We will ask you to lie face down. The QWO injectable is administered by our W MedSpa highly trained nurse injectors. You will then remain lying down for another five minutes or so to allow the treatment to take full effect.

The procedure takes about fifteen minutes. Patients do not describe the treatment to be painful, and there is no need for a numbing agent before the procedure. You will experience a sore feeling in the area for a few days, similar to the sensation in your muscles you get after a strong workout.

To fully complete the process, you will have two more treatments over the next month and a half.

When will I see the results, and how long will they last?

You may see an improvement in as soon as three weeks. Your final results will be evaluated 28 days after the third and last injection treatment. At that time you will see a definite decrease in cellulite and smoother skin. Your QWO results will last for a year or longer.

Is there a recovery period?

After your treatment, there is no recovery period or downtime needed, allowing you to get right back to your day and your usual routines and activities. However, you will have bruising and some soreness, which is usually the most significant after the first treatment.
